About Per Capita in Cardiff Bay
Per Capita was founded in 1989 in the old commercial area of Cardiff docks (now Cardiff Bay). Whilst there we formed the basis of a
solid core of skilled hairdressers.
In 2005 we had the opportunity to relocate Per Capita to a wonderful spacious waterfront Salon in Cardiff Bay, which has the massive advantage of on-site parking.
We have a small professional team with very high standards, not only in hairdressing and beauty, but also who are able to offer an excellent level of service to our clients.
Our specialism is colour and Per Capita have been a Wella Premier Salon for many years with constant training updates provided by Wella Professionals to ensure that our standards of colouring and hairdressing are excellent.
We also have an excellent partnership with GHD who ensure that levels of competency with their products and straightening iron range, as well as up to date iron techniques training are maintained.
Per Capita's in-house Beauty services are conducted in a totally private area. Our professional beauty treatments include waxing, nail care, pedicures, eyelash and eyebrow shaping and tinting, and St Tropez professional spray tanning.
